I have worked extensively on Studio design, Studio Management, advertising campaigns, TV spots, Drama and Feature Film, Advertisement and Project Management.
As a strategic thinker with superior Planning and design principles, I am also very detail oriented, and has a keen ability to formulate and design fresh concepts with minimal supervision. I do my planning with the belief that process and collaboration should be as exciting and fun as the end result.
After 31 years of creative leadership roles in the Media and marketing industry. Over the time I’ve learned a few things: I love to share ideas that empower people with tools to grow and succeed. Despite having the title, I’m still a hands-on creative – It means knowing how designers work; what makes them tick, knowing when they’re stuck or need help. It’s about trust. It’s about providing ideas and above all, it’s about inspiration.

I’ve been Nominated for awards for some great projects. I remember every pixel of every one of them. But I feel the proudest when I think about the people I have worked with and the teams I have helped to develop in the last 31 years. I have loved (almost) every minute of it.
Over the time I’ve learned a few things: I love to share ideas that empower people with tools to grow and succeed and the art of persuasive storytelling which is almost completely absent from most organizations. This love of teaching and the opportunity to improve how organizations sell their ideas and engage with clients is the impetus.
The way to believe the perfect Creative Director, Production Designer and Art Director is a long and somewhat unpredictable one, Every Job is an Examination in size and subject and I have passed all of them – from small assignments for Castrol AV job as a Executive Producer and Production Designer to major Commercial for Clients like Cadbury UK, Reliance Finance , LIC, Domino Pizza, Joy Face Products, Emami Oil with Senior Bachchan etc … and the Job as a Set Design Consultant for NTV7 Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in coincidence with the 1998 Commonwealth games .
Additionally, My Times at NTV7 Kuala Lumpur Malaysia having Sharpened My Talents as a Competent with a finger on the Pulse and with the respect of my Profession, I keep a Tab on the Latest resource and the advancement of technology globally available and used it in my Creations for My Clients.
For Major Part of My Career, I worked for Ad films, Commercial, Feature Films, and Albums.
Being a good listener. Whether it’s clients or my own team, I spend a lot of time listening – really listening. It’s the only way I’ve found of really understanding what a client’s issues are, for example. I’m not a huge talker in meetings, I listen a lot and aim to speak only when I’ve got a really good question to ask. It should be all about the client, not the agency. Similarly, in-house take the time to listen to your team and accept that you can learn from them.
